Hanon x New Balance X Eschler “Bionic Project”

New Balance has been making some major waves this year with some quality projects only they could bring you. So it comes to no surprise that Hanon picks NB to work on an up coming three way project which also includes the company Eschler (this is not the first time Hanon works with NB). They call it the “Bionic Project“. The idea of the project is to explore possibilities of combining a performance fabric, to one of the iconic NB shoes.

So how was I able to get a pair of these Tier Zero Nike x Patta Air Max 1 “Purple Denim” that were only available in-store ,at Patta in Amsterdam? On any normal day I would share my news and findings with everyone. In this scenario though, I will have to keep my mouth sealed. Let’s just say. “Luck was on my side that day. I was at the right place at the right time”….and yes I paid retail; $110.

New Balance 996 “Grey/Black/Yellow” – Made in USA

As New Balance comes off releasing some stellar collaborations, Solebox x 1500 model, Norse Projects x 670 model and DDC Lab x 1400 model, they release a new make-up for their 996 model. With no big names attached to this release, it’s a make-up that should not be passed.

New Balance “Run Faster New York” Campaign

To coincide with the 40th running of the ING New York City Marathon, New Balance will debut a integrated campaign on November 1st. With this, New Balance will introduce and give sneak peeks of the companies 2010 running line up. New Balance models 1064 and 760.

Nike Air Hoop Structure “Aqua VIII”

The Nike Air Hoop Structure is one of the better fusion sneakers Nike has put out on the market. Remember the “Aqua/Infrared colorway? That was the one that copied the original Nike Structure “Infrared” colorway. That colorway was one of the 2 that got a lot of attention. The second is the soon to be released “Aqua VIII” inspired  make-up.

Nike x Patta Air Max 1 “5 Year Anniversary” Quick-Strike [#2 of 5 shoes]

Here’s a new collaboration by Nike with the very talented guys over at Patta. They took the Air Max 1 silhouette and gave it a very interesting make-up never seen before. They took canvas and applied it to the mudguard and swoosh in the chlorophyll color. Interested? Than jump on to the next page.

Nike Zoom Toki “Rustic Sail” Quick-Strike

If your a fan of the Nike Air Zoom Toki and have purchased all four or maybe two of the 4 releases this year, get ready for some more spending. A 5th model is added for Fall/Winter 2009. This one comes in a premium brown leather make-up called “Rustic Sail“.
